1. PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the DailyBooking platform (hereinafter “the Platform”), accessible via website and mobile app, which allows:
Users to search for, book, or purchase events and services offered by participating organizers or venues.
Registered organizers to publish and manage their own events or services according to the selected subscription plan (Free Unlimited, Pro, or Business).
Using the Platform implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
To access certain features (bookings, event publication, payments), users must register and create a personal account. During registration:

The user declares to be at least 18 years old and to provide truthful and up-to-date information.

The user is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials (email and password).

The creation of multiple accounts or fraudulent use of the service is strictly prohibited.
The Administrator may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk to the platform.
3. TYPES OF USERS

Users (Attendees): can browse, search, and book events and services.

Organizers: can publish events according to their subscription plan:
🟢 Free Unlimited: unlimited free events
🔵 Single Event: one single paid event
🟣 Business: unlimited free and paid events with advanced features
4. EVENT PUBLICATION
Organizers are solely responsible for the content they publish (descriptions, images, dates, prices, venues).
All events are subject to approval by the DailyBooking staff prior to publication.
Any changes or cancellations must be communicated in advance.
DailyBooking reserves the right to remove non-compliant, misleading, offensive, or illegal events or those that infringe the rights of third parties.
5. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
Users may book free events or purchase tickets for paid events using the integrated payment systems (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or other enabled methods).
Payments are processed directly by the selected payment provider.
DailyBooking does not store any sensitive credit card data.
Booking confirmation is sent automatically via email.
Refunds for paid events are managed directly by the event organizer according to their own cancellation policy.
6. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS FOR ORGANIZERS
Organizers may choose among the following active plans:

Free: create unlimited free events

Single Event: publish a single paid event

Business: unlimited free or paid events with advanced tools and featured promotion
Paid plans may have variable durations (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual).
Upon expiration, the organizer may renew their plan or will automatically revert to Free Unlimited.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Users may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their profile.
For Pro and Business plans, no partial refund is provided for unused periods, except as required by applicable consumer protection law (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 – “Consumer Code”).

DailyBooking:

acts as a technological intermediary between users and organizers;

is not a direct contractual party between organizers and attendees;

is not liable for cancellations, malfunctions, or damages arising from the events themselves.
Organizers guarantee the accuracy of their information and compliance of their activities with applicable laws.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Platform (texts, logos, layouts, images, code) is the property of DailyBooking or respective authors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING
Personal data is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the competent court shall be the Court of Latina (Italy), unless otherwise required by law.
