Processing is based on:

• Execution of a contract (use of the service);

• Compliance with legal obligations;

• Explicit consent for marketing purposes.

• Identification data: name, surname, email, phone;

• Login data: username, encrypted password;

• Payment data (managed by third-party providers);

• Technical browsing data: IP, browser, access logs.

Data is processed using IT tools in accordance with principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency.

Data is accessible only to authorized personnel and is not shared or sold to third parties for unauthorized purposes.

• for the duration of the user’s account.

  Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

The website uses HTTPS with SSL certificates and periodic backups.

Passwords are encrypted, and payments are managed by PCI DSS–compliant gateways.
